Traditional Asian romance practices, such as a woman’s consenting to a man’s plan to wed her, and Chinese ceremony customs are disappearing as more and more young people discover their true loves through dating. But, preserving and understanding these rich traditions allows us to reconceptualize our tips about love and romance.
